Payment Terms
All fees for our fitness services are due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments.

No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable once processed. This includes but is not limited to:

• Membership fees

• Class packages

• Event registrations

• Personal training sessions
   

Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel their recurring membership with 30 days' notice

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to xentro.fit@gmail.com

• Members can also cancel their membership at any time through their online account

• No refunds will be provided for the current billing period when cancellation occurs
   

Class Schedule

• We strive to provide classes Monday through Friday and deliver new online content weekly

• No promises or guarantees are made regarding class schedules or content delivery

• Non-training days (when Coach Gabriel cannot be present) will be announced as early as possible

• 'On your own' training plans will be provided for non-training days

• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes or non-training days

Membership Agreement

By purchasing our fitness services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your membership provides access to scheduled classes and team activities as outlined in your specific plan.

• You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks

• You represent that you have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation

• You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our trainers

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior compromises safety
   

Liability Waiver

By using our services, you waive any claims against us for injuries or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.
 

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and methods are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
 

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided on our website.
